If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from portugaljewellery.com you can return the unworn goods within 5 working days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.

- When returning goods the item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box and Invoice.

- For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to portugaljewellery.com, we suggest using  Special Mail Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

- Earrings can not  be returned due to our “Health & Safety” policy.
